Ill start it off: Killergrips.com skull back plate

I just shot them an e-mail last week asking if they can make the skull grips for a 90 frame. I had a set of skull grips on my Kimber 45 but the grips could not take the bashing of several thousand live rounds.

DEZign OF bolt, DEZign custom gas through, DEZign ball detents, Evolve kit, and Lazer eyes. I hate to say it but the only reason I got the lazer eyes was for the flashing red strobe light effect when firing. No other rational reason, it just seemed like a cool idea.

Ya i did the same thing with the laser eyes, just for the little red light, And for the grips you asked them to make a pair for the 90 frame for the 05 speed right, because if that goes through I will for sure get a pair.

Cool beans. I just love the look of those grips. Very very little of my stuff is just for the looks however the grips and lazer eyes are.

All i have is a new UL barrel and the laser eyes, but soon to be getting an evolve kit and maybe a RAS bolt.

I am using the lcd with the original grips. I'm waiting for the G7 to come out so I can use the grips from that.

So how does that work ?I didnt think the fly board would fit in the speed frame with the mag trigger setup and led holes .or did you swop trigger frames?

The board doesn't exactly fit, I had to make a bracket for the bottom hole to line up with the Speed frame. I am still using the speed frame w/ magnetic trigger. On the 45 frame speeds the LED plate on the back of the frame comes out so i drilled a hole for the charger port and added a button for the top button on the fly board so that I could toggle back and forth between safe and live mode. I also had to rebend the plate on the trigger and re-drill the hole for the opti-switch. It is pretty expensive to do, but I work at a PB shop and I got hooked up w/ the board & battery.

i was trying to work out how to do this myself ,
I was going to drop a speed frame (love the new trigger)on a fly body block but i want intellifeed for my halo and all the other goodies the fly board has to offer
and i was thinking the only way was to wait for a G7 board (assuming it has intellifeed) and make a G7,05,fly hybrid ,

I don't have pics yet. I'll try to get some this week. The G7 is supposed to have intellifeed and the magnetic trigger like the speed, so you are probably better off waiting for the G7. It should have everything you probably want.

no dude both marker boards are capped at 31-32 bps (someone correct me if im wrong) I can personally shoot faster with the 05 trigger .its just that the fly board has an intelifeed port on it (aswelll as screen etc) where'as the speed 05 board doesnt and you can seriously rip a halo with intelifeed with a lot less hassle than an 05 /halo combi.

the fly manual says that the MROF with angel eyes on is 31 bps but it also says that this is non-capped so :notsure:

but im assuming both boards are the same as far as bps possibilities goes.

i think (in other words i could be wrong, i am just making a guess) that the boards dont have any software that will actually cap the bps. but i would think that they can only process so fast - they cant be infinitely fast. so there has to be some limit but i dont think it is mandated by code in the boards software but more by its ability to process each shot.

i shot peter314's speed today and let me tell you fast does not even come close to being able to describe. i play in the same bunch of friends and he set up my 05 speed and mine is fast but mine doesnt even comes close, not really in the same ballpark. when he is able to post a vid it will be a treat you do not want to miss. i emptied a hopper in no time flat i was amazed to say the least.

no, it can be any format

however, mpeg is most desirable for compatibility issues. its one of the more basic compression types for media. however, due to its lack of compression, mpeg movies are much bigger in size but they run better on slower machines because the video cards dont have to work as hard to decompress the video. avi and wmv (especially avi tho) are more compressed and can have higher quality and still be the same size as an mpeg but they are much more demanding of your video card. thats why mpeg is desirable, but not the only option.

i had a friend make me some different weight hammers out of surgical grade titanium to hopefully remove or reduce the amount of kick produced when shooting. well let me tell you it works great. the first ones he made were 13 gram, (stock-35 gram) i switched my stock for the 13 gram and the amount of kick is almost zero, it still has a little but drastically reduced. he recently made me 4-10 gram hammers for some of my friends but i am hesitant to switch because i love the way it feels now.

i also use the stiffi barrels, the large volumizer, and an empire sound activated hopper. check it low rise clamping feedneck and check it uni mount are also used.
