Anyone use a Macdev Conquest on a fly??

Considering the conquest as my new tank, what's the general consensus???

I run mine with a conquest, and I'm happy with it. Conquest has fast recharge, is pretty consistent (get +/-5), light (2.2 lbs with 68ci bottle), and compact.

I use one on my A4, and I had it on my Racegun, and my iR3. I will never use another air system, ever. I used it on my Racegun without an inline reg... I would regularly get +-1 or +-0 with good paint... I kid you not.

Conquest are great tanks and very light.

cool, I'm used to using an apoc. GREAT tank, but tha damn thing is SO heavy. no problems with the on/off?? I keep hearing about that. Also, is there a tourny lock available for it?

The newest style of Conquest regs has tourney lock, and a lock on the on/off to prevent accidental shut down. Great, GREAT tank. Get one, and run it into your mini-reg at 300psi output - you'll be amazed!

Not only do I have the conquest, but I also have an Air America Apoc 2k. The advantages of the conquest over the apoc, are faster recharge, much lighter, and no overpressurizing when air is low. If you get a 2k3 conquest, make sure it has the 008 mod (resolves the overpressurizing issue). Both the 2k3 and 2k4 have the tourney lock, but the 2k4 has not only included the 008 mod stock, but also the red on/off lock. The red on/off lock helps keeping the on/off on, especially when you have recently serviced, greased the conquest reg.

04 Conquest Kicks some! Great product, very light, very small, fast recharge...great tank! I will never buy any other tanks but MacDev, they have an ASA tank now too! But anyway, The Conquest is well worth it!

Pretty much what everyone else is saying. i have the 45/45 on my cyborg. I love it. 5 of my other teammates got them also, and they are treatin them well also.

anyways, im using a conquest. my only complaint is that my fill nipple cover is a bit long, combined with the location of the filll nipple, gets right int he way of my wrist. whats that mean? nothing. good tank, good reg, takes a few days to get used to it. :)

All their tanks are 5 yr. I do not know if you can just getthe reg and rail, but you can e-mail them and ask, they are always pretty prompt about replying and are very nice.
