Hey guys I have been adjusting my trigger and when i get it where i want it I go to put the set screws back in and that will change the trigger and make it tighter... is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, the vernier wheels are plastic. Set the trigger a little looser and then tighten the set screws. You might have to go as much as 4 clicks per wheel to get it where you want it before and after using the set screws. Just takes a little time but you'll get it.

Loosen it a little with the vernier wheels then when you tighten the screws it will be where it is now.

It's akind of a tedious process but eventually you get it. One thing, I have seen once when the vernier wheels had swelled as a result of temperature change causing the trigger not to work. Since them I have run a my trigger a little looser.

how is your trigger adjusted. I have mine as short as possible but its still about 1 1/2 mm pull. Just enought return travel so that the opto switch resets. The activation point is at the very back of the pull. I wish that I could get it smaller but then the board wont reset . I find the adjustments frustrating my self. Is a longer pull faster some times? I don't know how is yours? And everyone elses too.

i like a real sloppy trigger with the front wheel almost at its furthest away point (if that makes sense) and i can shoot pretty fast with it.
