View Full Version : Can Someone Test Clip for BPS?

Anyone:

I use a Mac and have been unable to aquire a sound spectrum analyzer for it to be able measure sound spikes in clips. I wanted to find out what BPS I am acheiving at a sustained rate.Can anyone help me out with this?

Since this clip I have added an Evolve Kit but I cant really pull any faster.

I know this is a horrible site but I just needed someplace to host it. Look toward the middle of the page under a clip called TEST written pretty small.

Pirata now thats funny right there. ;) Its so true.

Dragon..I dont think its past like 14pbs (at best). Did you test it or is it an estimated guess by eyeing it?

Using a program called Audacity for MAC...and counting the peaks between seconds 4-5...I counted 16-18 peaks. I dont know if this is accurate.

If you knew anything you would know that MAC OS X can't crash, only the applications can. And when the application crashes, you just quit it.

My dad has XP on his PC in his room, and I got OS X on a G5 in my room, and trust me, mine is way more easier, and funner to use.

Actually go try the newer ones out before you bash em with your ignorance.

ive seen tested videos at 14 a sec n its not even close
seems like 18-21 in that range

Dude that's a common misconception, modern days you can get all the games you want for mac (except for games made by sierra).

Dude, the only time ive talked about comps are in this specific thread. Where are you getting this 'over half of my posts are about comps etc'

he counted? is that possible? how can it be accurate?You use software that shows sound pulses. You can see them rather distinct in the little graph. It will also show elapsed time and you take a 1 second period then cound the pulses.

yup... you got it... slow it down and count the pulses
