Maybe your toe screw is to close to the leaf spring, and the movement of your gun is setting it off.

turn ur gun off, then air it up, then turn it on and see what happens

Mine does the same thing. What happens is that the bolt will sometimes stay in the forward position after degassing the marker. Then when you put air into it again the hammer moves forward quickly hits the valve then resets in the back position. To keep this from happening simply degass the marker and then push the bolt into the back position and problem solved.

also check and make sure your noid is plugged into "SOL" on the board. if its in "HOP" it'll fire when ur in safe when u turn it on.

Next to the one that says SOL. If the gun is working fine besides the one shot on gassing it up then that is not the problem.

The ram pushes back, and then "clicks" locking it in place (this was what you were adjusting with the snaprin on the old angel rams). If you shoot your gun out of air, there is not enough pressure to pull the hammer back and lock it into place, so when you gas it again it cycles forward and then comes back and locks.

Solutions to this is:
-dont run your gun out of air (duh)
-take the barrel off and push the bolt back till you feel it click with your finger, then gas it.
-open the breech and use an allen key to lock the hammer back (push). Takes a lil force.

Call me crazy for doing this but I degass my marker using this method:

- With the marker gassed up and the bolt in the rest position
- Take a metric wrench to the solenoid locking screw
- Ensure that the tank is turned off and not supplying gas to the marker
- Gently/slowly/carefully back the solenoid screw out and you'll hear a light hiss coming from the solenoid.

This will vent all the air that's stored within the marker, LPR, inline and macroline. It will also keep the bolt at rest so when you air the marker back up this first shot problem won't occur. Just make sure to lock that screw back down when you're done or else the marker will leak air when regassed.

Most people probably don't degass their marker this way but hey it works!

Mine will fire if it's in "Live" when I air it up... but otherwise it won't. What setting is your fly in when you air it up and it fires?

i have factory settings, it only has about 2500 cycles, but I got a little worried because my other angel never did this.

also too if you fill slowly it wont do it very hard. sometimes with me if my bolts forward and i fill really fast then itll shoot the bolt back fast, if you slowly do it then it wont make an obvious shot sound itll just lightly push it back. its no big deal and is normal
