Inline Regulator Pressure

I have a flied force 4 and recently noticed in order to get my velocity to 280 the inline pressure gauge is readeing over 300 psig (in the orange zone). Should I be concerned with this? My gun is about 14 months old and has never been opened. Does it just need to have a yearly overhaul?

That is definitely indicative of something not right. Your mini-reg output should be right around 200 psi.

Check your dwell setting, if it is too low, you normally have to increase the mini-reg o/p to get to the higher fps desired.

try these settings:

Mini-reg = 200 psi
dwell = 10-12
TR=1-3
LPR=50-65

Also, it could also just need a good cleaning and re-greasing.....
