hmmmm... I knew there had been problems wit does eyes. Refer to page 5 in ur manual. About the sunlight thing. Where if you take ur hand off the grip the safety feature activates and you stop shooting. Any way you may have defective eyes. Try those new laser eyes. Then you can say,"My gun has fricken laser beams in it!"
Hope this helps, probably not much. Later

Read what the manual says before giving advice, the part about sunlight pertains to the opto board, this has NOTHING to do with the eyes!
Are you experiencing this problem when there is actually paint in the gun or just if you are sticking your finger into the breech?

im havin the same problem but i think mine might be due to a creased eye ribbon so take ur eyes out and the ribbon and make sure its not torn and there arent any creases of folds in it.

Did you take them out and clean them with a fine cloth or just used the air pressure cans because i used to have that problem for a like a day and I fixed it by taking them out and cleaning them and also putting a new battery in.(the can did not clean my eyes)

clean them with an eyeglass cleaner I had the same problem. Sometimes finger oil gets on them.

For cleaning eyes I personally use an air compressor. 40 psi is more than enough to blow whatever crap is on the eyes into oblivion. The best part is that you don't even need to remove the eyes to clean them. True labor saving device.

i pop the eyes out and use a q tip. Works great. I think your trigger adjustment screw needs to be backed out. I think that will work for you

Not too sure how the plastic components of the eye will react to being dipped alcohol. Might be interesting way to find out though...

Hey there buddy there are hundreds of types of plastic and I am guessing the eyes are a acrylic based whereas the bottle that the alcohol comes in is not.

I know the feeling. My brother it a plastics engineer and tells me everything you never wanted to know about plastic and wish you had never asked.
