a4 frame on an iR3? would it work?

So I'm waiting for my Dark iR3 to get here, and i'm just thinking. Would it be possible to swap space frames with an a4 and be able to use the external trigger adjustment wheels? Or would that not work?

Actually thoes adjustment wheels aren't on the frame. They are on the body of the gun so you wouldn't be able to use them.
