Angel IR3 shooting slow and i mean SLOW !

Hi ! well i got a friend who has a Angel IR3 and he yesterday told me how could he do to make the Angel shoot faster cause it doesnt shoot as fast as an angel should , i tried it an it went like

change the dwell, that had happened to me after getting my gun in a trade

Check the dwell like JDemonpbt said, but also check what the markers max ROF settings are set to and see if you can increase them.
