I brought my brand new A4 into the local MT. What I saw him do to the leaf was put a medium sized allen key between the top of the leaf and the body of the board. Then he bent the upper part of the leaf around the width of the wrench. I guess this gives the trigger more leverage to make contact with the switch.

I'm still learning about this new marker and I'm unsure if this will give you more bounce.
