How do i lower my dwell

I am confused i dont know how to lower my on my a4? i also need help with my trigger i know how to adjust it but how come it always says tr 18 in the advanced menu i want to lower it but i dont know how!!

You have to open up the grips on the LCD side (three 2.5mm screws). Left button scrolls through the menu and the right one changes the value. Pushing both at once will reset the settings.
