For quite some time now, I've been researching barrel kits and have found nothing that impresses me. Honestly, I'm most impressed with the stock barrel that came on my Force Fly... except for the fact that it isn't as versitile as barrel kit. The shops im my area don't stock many brands that fit my Force barrel. If theres a bad shipment... I'm stuck with it.

My question is, who manufactures the Force barrel and is there any posibility of ordering smaller bore sizes?

I love to hear recommendations that you guys have!!

There are a number of very good barrel kits out there. I use a CP kit, but the Switch kits are good too, as are the Scepter Kits and some others.

Nevertheless, the stock barrel isn't bad if your paint fits.

The thing that I've found with most kits is that the first stage (controll bore) length is seldom 6" long. The Scepter is longest at 6.125".... I'm looking for a length of 7-7.5"... which is what the force barrel has.

Thought Jacko made the barrel that came on the 4's.

The Angel barrels were have always been the "Infinity" series barrel, years ago this was made by Jacko. I am not sure if it still is to this day tho.

BoB and Ken recommend the SM Kits that can be found here:

SM Orbium-3 controll bore length is only 5.5"

The control bore on the titanium longbow is 5.5" too, so that doesn't help you.

Didn't Stiffi do some research where they showed that control bore length greater than a couple of inches had little or no effect on accuracy? Maybe that was just hype to sell their barrel kits.

I bought my orbium from FMA a few weeks ago and the thing shoots darts. When I compared my fps to my stock barrel the orbium was 15-20fps higher.
