PIN Error Code ???

I have a 2001 Angel LCD C&C. I haven't used it in a while when i finally did. I charged it and then powered it up and now i have a "PIN" error code anyone know what this is. None of the buttons work only thing it does is when i pull the trigger the back light turns on. Do i need a new board??

Page 15 of the manual:
-The pin may only be programmed ONCE.
-Resetting pin numbers can only be done by contacting wdp (or a MT).
-Programming can only be done when the marker is in safe.
-Factory defaults will not override the pin feature.
-The marker becomes pin number secure only by the user entering the pin to lock the marker.

To use default pin which is all zeros:
Bottom button, then middle, then bottom twice to move on, and then once you got all four, top button.
