the angel fly has a break beam eye...yes, it does have ramping, but you truely wont need ramp with the fly...

and milling, and fly internals

the fly is like the A4 on crack, its that much better. like paintreliever said, it has breakbeam eyes, not sensi, its way smaller, and lighter, it has fly internals, said previously, and it has a cool blue light on the LCD!!!!!!!! :bouncer:

lol, and yes it has insane ramping, (TR) but you really wont need it if you have fast fingers.

The Fly is better than the A4 in several different ways. You have your break-beam eyes which will prevent all chopping. You do have ramping (mode 5) but it is capped a 15 bps and you will be able to shoot faster on mode 1(semi). The Fly has more milling therefore making it lighter and more compact. The trigger that comes stock on the Fly(Slayer) is much more comfortable and easier to rip with than the trigger of the A4. The Fly also comes with a low-rise so you can keep your hopper out of view easier. Trust me, go with the fly, you won't be dissapointed.

The a4's are coming with the same feedneck and slayers now......but yeah, eyes are a must, sensi screwed me over...

with 3.7 u can "unlock"ramping, meaning i think u can change the mode 5 to allow ramp up to 20 or something

Im pretty sure thats a myth lol I have 3.7 and I dont know of such thing, since I never used it in ramp mode, its plenty fast enough in mode 1.

you dont need 3.7 to get high rof, hell i jsut hit 30 on my counter WITH paint ( no chops!)

LP 3.5
dwell 7
hopper :sfast
tr 2 ( yes... 2!)
lpr at ~50
10 gram hammer
V35 halo with zentrium derlin paddle in it ( went from 26 to 30)

this gun is flat out fast as helllllllllllll only prob is i got 1 skip at the last of the hopper, when the halo gravity feeds, so i must be careful to not empty the halo or it is possible to chop

this reeally sucks that Cfoa is gonig to limited rof LOL!

so far its sweet, but i did find some paint on the paddles, with brittle shell it seems to be cutting it, i noticed the edges are somewhat sharp, going to take fine grit sandpaper and smoothen it up on the paddles.

no difference in weight, or size.... just different milling and eyes.... thats it

blue light on the lcd? A4's have a backlight too no?

anyways, considering a 4 over a fly is just unsensible. if it's because of money issues, go with the 05 speed.

the rof counter on the gun is innacurate, i think it measures the two closest pulls, but even getting it to say 30 is still insanely fast so props to you

I'm sorry but what is ramping?

AngelFourKid

Umm its when, say you pulled the trigger 8 balls per second, the programming in the board will make the gun shoot, or "ramp up" to 18 balls per second. In other words, its the cheating way to shoot fast. The software makes the board "pull" the trigger faster than what you are actually pulling the trigger yourself. Thats where you get "ramp", the board "ramps" up the shots to a speed faster than the balls per second that you are actually pulling on the trigger.

i know, shot it over a radar chrony ( the red ones) and it read 24.

the ahlo cannot keep up, if i keep a sustained stream it will pause cause the halo cant keep up LOL!

than again, i've seen guys get 22 with revvis on a big red....

BuNkErEd

the red chronos aren't much better. they only measure the fastest 3 pulls. to hit 30 on the counter does mean you are shooting very fast, though. nice :)

I know, i really need to get a video and sound wave it, see if i can get some better readings, i dotn ahve acces to the pac or whatever timer.

BuNkErEd

yea right now, my TR is at 22 on my fly. i still get no bounce or ramp at all. dunno why?

bounce has alot to do with how you have the trigger setup. shorten your pull and put the firing point at the very begining.

oh ya and take out the spring if you have not done so.
