the Cobra flats are like one of the best triggers out there, don't replace it.

I would have to agree, changing from a cobra to an FBM is like changing from french spring water to swedish spring water.

Very few could tell the difference. Both are very good, and I would bet you could find 50 people on these boards would who stand behind either.

Stick with the cobra, have the FBM and out of the box it sucks. I had to do a little modification to mine to get it to my liking. I have shot an iR3 with the cobra trigger on it and it is better out of the box.

I dunno, Ive a friend with a cobra, and while is nice Im in love my with FBM straight. Ill say that it A) looks better on my black gun, but more importantly B) is lighter and snappier than my buddies cobra.

When I had my Ir3 I got the FBM flat and wave trigger and I hit 17bps call the time, the flat one is the best and it doesnt need a spring, so its so light. I think you should just buy one to try it out there only like 15 $$ on ebay

I feel like the cobra is a better choice overall. It's got less side to side play, unlike the FBM delrin that I purchased which has alot of side to side play. You can definately tell the difference between the delrin and aluminum triggers, I can't put it into words but if you own both then you know what I mean. I don't use a spring with my FBM because it is sooooo light the opto Leaf spring does the work. However I feel like the cobra has the best overall feel with my magno mod.

Don't let any of this stop you though, as the FBM is still topgrade and It never hurts to have several triggers JUST IN CASE.

The trigger is good and your stock bolt should be fine but if you really want a new one get the softface a4 bolt

The FBM triggers are nice. if the trigger is too sloppy in the marker, return it. I had to return mine and the replacement they sent me was a lot better. I added about 2bps right off the bat. I recommend getting one

I like my MT speed trigger on my IR3 alot better then my cobra. Cobra is still a good trigger but i would spend 30 and go for the MT speed trigger.
