I couldn't find the question you needed answered, but i am more than happy to help you. The forums are very new and most of us tech's are getting ready for atlantic city. Sorry for the confusion.
Let me know what the problem is and i will help you

thx. my question was actually about why the first shoot i take is always high.

ive already set my snap ring, ram stroke, and checked my lpr. i think i did a good job, but if it could be any of these what would it be? and what else could it be ?? my tank doesnt have any problems, it works well on my other guns (conquest). My first shoot is generally 30 fps hot, but only after it sits for a while.

i cant really answer your tech questions but i can answer the question about the techs not being on the site . The forums were never really finished when they were released.... it just kind of happened and none of the techs even knew they were up. So give them some time to come back around. They will be back ... its like said before AC is coming up and a lot of them are busy with that. I know ken signed up so i hope to see him around a little more.

check your lpr. also double check your barrel to paint sizing. that could make a huge difference at the chrono

I have been surfing the new forums (under the name PBEric). This is probably why Jason wanted us to have more obvious names ;)

Anyway, if you have a pressure gauge to check your mini-reg pressure I would look to see if the pressure is climbing. If you have set the LPR and don't notice it creeping higher, or dropping off then your mini-reg is another likely culprit.

9 out of ten times that will be a mini reg creep.
If you don't have the tools to check the mini reg, just borrow someone elses minireg and see if you have the same problem

russ us right. first shot hot = minireg
