I'd assume it would be an inexpensive repair. (Replace the pin valve & clean out the reg.)

I've got a new tank and I don't need this one anymore so, if anyone is handy at fixing tanks/pin valves or knows of someone that is, this is a good pick up for a 68/4500 tank with over 2 years left on the hydro-date.
