ir3 Infrared software for my laptop??????

there's a sticky right here in the proper forum that tells you where the Palm software is...there is no software for a laptop or any other type of PC for the IR3.

there isn't any PC based software, but i was going to try downloading the PALM OS emulator and trying it from my laptop.
