Hi, my angel got plugged into a charger that was 12v, instead of 6v by my idiot brother. He said in made a weird, hissing sound before he unplugged it. Now, whenever i pull out the key to turn it on, the screen starts up, but then fades away. If i let it go, it flashes stuff on the screen but those fade out to. I was wondering if i need a new board, or a new battery. Because if the battery has just been somewhat fried then i dont want to spend the money to get a whole new board right now, so i was wondering what you guys think is wrong with it.

Find a friend or someone at your local field that has and lcd, and hook their board to your gun. If it works fine then your board is fried. If it doesnt work then its your battery....

Then the only other thing to do is get a multimeter and see if your battery is dead or not...

well, the thing with that is that the battery stills has power left, the screen comes on but almost immediatly goes away starts flashing stuff, so even if the battery was screwed up, i wouldnt be able to tell by checking the power on it.
