I have heard of it as a myth, but I know plenty of Angel users (some for a couple years) that have had no problems. The one friend I know that had a bad board had it on a brand new 2k1 LCD.

So, there is always a chance of a manufacturing defect, but the chance is small and WDP makes good on there warrantys and replacement stuff.

I wouldnt lose any sleep over it.

If your board does fry, it is enexpensive(sp?) to get replaced. I have heard this before, but it's not like when it hits 100k it will just fry. Theres a possibility, but your board will probably last longer then that. One of the guys at the local store has a 2k1 with 250k on it, and it has never fried.

your board is not like say the belts in your car, or the oil or something similar there is no set point at which you should replace it, or expect it to fail. Your board should last the life of the gun.
