By brand, anything with decent flow. Crossfire whatever.

If you want a specific one, Nitroduck Xtream. Adjustable and highest flow on the market.

high flow is actually a fast recharge rate. ask around and look at reviews to find that out

Max flow has been my personal preference over the years. Super high flow and super consistant. The big down side to the max flow is the weight of them.
