--- i have a big problem with my 2k2 Angel LCD.

I got it used from a guy i know and i shot and used it before i bought it for myself as a christmas present. Well in the spirit of christmas i hid it from myself untill x-mas morning. It seemed okay then too but now,

When i turn my gun on it boots up and then goes to the -SAFE- screen. I then hold the first button to make it live. But the problem is that it will not stay live for more than 5 seconds at the max before it turns right back into -SAFE-. I inquired about this problem before and i was told to make sure that it was charged all the way.

Well today I plugged it all in and made sure that the bars were cascading correctly and such. I followed the manually exactly.

Well about 4 hours later it was comepletely charged, the bars had permanantly lit up all four. I unplugged it and turned it live to make sure everything was good. and i counted to about 10 seconds while it was live and i considered the problem fixed.
Well about 3 hours after that i decided to take the remaining air in my tank and shoot a few rounds to make sure everything was in order for tommorows paintballing. BUT THE PROBLEM CAME BACK! The gun will only stay live for about 5 seconds or maybe a split second before it changes right back to the -SAFE- screen. Is the board fried? Is there a wire frayed inside? Or is there a setting in the LCD frame that i can change?? Anything you suggest could help.

PLEASE HELP IF IF YOU CAN!! It may just be my bad luck but every marker i have owned has been going wrong in some way or another and this is a true karma killer.:sure:

Thanks,
-Pat

Check all your wiring and connections.

check your connections to your on/off switch. those wires get frayed very easily. you can do that by unscrewing the back plate. careful when you do, the breach rod spring is gonna shoot out. if all the wires check out, id say bring it to a store ASAP, cuz most likely the board is on its way out

Yeah, the on/off switch wires break off easily and are known to sometime not make contact if the user has taken the back plate off a few times. If those are not the problem, try resetting the board to default settings. Follow the instructions in your manual.
