so tonite after my adventures of trying to tune a newton valve/lpr system (which i never compleated by the way, and i really dont want to go into...to painfull) i had one large problem on my hands.
i had broken one of the arms on my halo drive cone, turning it into a modern artistic painting on the inside of my hopper. as i c it i have two options...
1. buy a shocktech aluminium drive cone...which from what i have heard from diffrent sources coud make my hopper into a paint smoth-e machine
or
2. buy a reloader
as of now i am stuck cause i really dont wana clean out this mess from the inside of my halo (yes i am that lazy)

Odyssey recently came out with (or will be shortly) "unbreakable" drivecones. My boss, Mr. Petty got an advance order of them to try out and from what I can tell, they're made of a harder plastic and the whole thing is a bit more beefy and therefore stronger. I'd take a look around and see if you could find one. As far as getting a new hopper is concerned, I've allways been a bit of a packrat and therefore if it can be salvaged I've fixed it. Halos aren't that complicated. YOU CAN DO IT!!! All you need are some paper towels, a screwdriver and 30-45 min. Good luck with the margarita mixer there. :tunes:

Let me get something straight... im not this lazy all the time. This was just a 'last straw' of sorts. Ive had many problems with this thing from fried boards to broken shells and lids.
This halo is pretty old and im looking to get a new hopper.
el pirata... if you want to buy it as is ill sell it to you ill give you a good price. Other than that I and other people, I have been told, are starting to get a little annoyed, to say the least, about some of your insulting and provoking posts
We where just fine without you and you are causing more discord on the boards than I have ever seen before.

Just take it easy on the brash posts... it will make many people much happier around here. If you don’t like what somebody has to say you are free to post about it but you shouldn’t go around insulting people
And just because im young doesn’t mean anything... you've never met me and you shouldn’t be judging me as a 'young inexperienced punk' who is to lazy to clean out his own hopper

Wow sharps... you need to lighten up.
Send him a PM if you've got a personal problem.
You preface your post by saying that you'd rather buy an entirely new loader than take the 30 minutes to clean it off. Honestly, I think Pirata's post was more in jest than anything else. You just went off the deep end and saw it as a personal attack.

Everyone just take a deep breath and relax...
Sharps, since you've decided what to do and did it, I'm closing the thread;)
