Reversed Eyes?

Alright.. I recently got my 5peed and I got to shooting it, which is where the problem came clear to me. Without paint, the gun shoots great; but when the paint is detected by the eyes, it wont shoot! It's like the eyes are reversed (thats atleast how my friend at a paintball store explained it to me) because instead of shooting with a paintball detected by the eyes, it doesnt shoot once detected.. so I'm gonna have to send it back to either where I ordered it from or way back to WDP and try to get it fixed.. arghh

i just read a post where someone said with the newest software if you have the TR on 6 it goes into demo mode which does what your describing. Lower your TR and see if that works.

maybe its in demo mode? did you check that?

if your TR setting (the red LED menu) is on 6 and you have version 3, then you are in demo mode.

demo mode - used to show off the speeds capability with cycle rates. for safety, it onnly dry fires, and it ramps a ton. so if it sees a paintball it wont shoot.

just change your you TR setting to something below 6

ya that is definatly demo mode. the TR only goes one to 5 and 6 is demo mode. if its not then u are screwed.

It might be that but I dont know how to do anything with the angel because i left my manual at my friends house.. It's my first angel and I havent gotten time to screw with it since i had this problem.. If you guys can tell me how to get it out of demo mode or any other possible thing it is in please? thank guys

take off the left side of the grip frame. turn the marker on and then press the button you will find under the grip. continue pressing the button until the very top light is red. now pull the trigger so that only two LED lights are showing (red light on top and one on the bottom). now turn off the marker and back on again. now try it.

So, um.....How does one go about putting it into demo mode. I'd like to show off to my friends who don't have angels!

its acually a pretty good idea to me for safety it won't fire unless you read the manual to figurre it out and if your read the manual then you see safety and cation notes everywhere.also i could see them putting in demo mode at the factory to see if its workin properly at high rates of fire

well first of all do u have version 3. that means that 3 lights light up the first time u push the button on the board, there those should be the only lights on, and not effected by the trigger pull. to get to the TR mode, push the button then until the light on top goes red. set it to 6, turn the gun off, on, now it will boot up in demo mode.
