ok got it out. BUT I only have one shim in my gun, and when I take it down pressure goes from 67 to 25. WTF?

They are very, very thin and may have some grease on them. Be careful and check to be sure that you only took one out. Mine were stuck together when I looked at them.

it was just one. I am perplexed. Wait, I just checked, u could be right. Oh well I dont feel like opening it again. I will wait til my volumizer comes. Now I dont know if I should get a large or medium one.

if it went from 67 - 25 then either wdp put the a washer in there instead of shims or your shims are gouped together. The second option has my vote.

the shims are about as thin as a piece of paper..... or u mixed up the order.... correct order is "piston head )()( "if i remember right, there may be 2 more spring washers.... put the shims in between your thumb and index finger and try to slide them apart....

just take a look in the book for the correct way to rebiuld the LPR.
