During my tuning of the Evolve Newton Valve Kit, I noticed that when I fired and looked at the LPR gauge, the pressure drops quite a bit during single shots. It drops about 20-30psi or so. I can't remember exactly how much. This is without the Kit installed and is the stock LPR at 65psi. The psi drop AND recharge is instant. It does not slowly climb back to 65psi.

My questions is: Is this normal? Yeah, I expect it to drop when you fire because you empty the LPR but should it drop down that fast? My minireg was set to 230-240psi using my modified Tool Kit Gauge on the exhaust side.

When you let the Speed 05 rip, I would imagine that the pressure would stay down because it wouldn't have time to recharge between strings at have a really fast bps.

While not totally understand your question, I'm a little slow most of the time, I have noticed running lp markers over the years that there is a decent vibration on most dial gauges as well as some of the gauges have incredibly tiny input holes internally that take some time to show the actual recharge. It's very possible the slow recharge rate you are seeing is from the internal air passage within the gauge are the restricting the flow to the readout. Remember the gauges were not necessarily designed to give minute instantanious (speeling) changes rather they were designed to show larger changes over time.

WEll, I remember Peegee on pbnation saying something about one of the things being set at 100psi. But, thet question is does this effect the actual performace? How does the gun shoot. I love how my angel is for the most part, so that is why I aint puttin anything like that on it.
