You can try using an EZ Out, a bigger allen key if you can fit it in there, or a Torx head bit. If all else fails, send it to a MT and they'll be able to get it out.

ok freakster now listen and listen good. if you screw this up i wont be responsable. get a set of drill bits and drill the plug out so only aprox 1/16 of an inch all around the plug is left. at this point take a punch and tap the edge between the gun and the plug pushing the remainder of the plug towards the center of the hole and then break the peices off. now send me the cash lol
NO WHERE DID I SEE THIS YOUNG MAN ASK ANYTHING ABOUT A UPGRADE KIT. YOUR POST WAS DELETED FOR THIS REASON, MACHINEST OR NOT.

Your BEST method is to drill 2 small holes adjacent to the center hole, exactly like the back end of your Ram, and use a Ram removal tool to unscrew the plug. If you manage to drill all the way through, you MUST pull your LPR out and clean everything. If you don't have an Angel Tool Kit, get one. It's also a good idea to spray a little WD40 or Duralube spray around the outside edge of the plug and let it sit overnight before trying to unscrew the plug this way, you don't want to break the pins on your Ram tool. Just have some patience. Oh, and try to forgive your "friend". He obviously has enough problems to deal with.

That's a really good idea, I'd say go with that or Ken's method.
P.S.- It hurts me to see that.

ram cap? thats the like the LPR chamber and everything if thats what your talking about...is it like jammed in there like it wont move or anything? have you tried heating it up because you might have red locktite in it, not to freak you out but it could be crossthreaded...and that really sucks
LAST RESORT IF ALL ELSE FAILS!!!! order yourself a new cap, find someone who can weld nicely...not half ass and will screw up...take the allen wrench, weld it to the cap and the twist...heard that from a friend, not with an angel though.... you could also try just red lock-tite-ing/superglueing the allen wrench to the cap...

i say the BEST way to get it out is to take you gun and beat it over your freinds head until it "magically" comes out.

FORGOT TO ADD uhh why do you need it out anyway? i mean if you dont need it out, then dont worry about it :pat:

If you would really like this done, I will do it for you. $5 for return shipping & $5 for a replacement cap (black, its all I have).
You can PM me for the details if you are interested in seeing this through.
Bill
eazy way to do this.
find you a freind with a rotozip, or a dremel, cut you a flat time across the gap deep enof or a screwdriver now twist, and your done. :patriot:

I only let my friend hold my gun for about 3 seconds, which was too long if you ask me.
