I apologize for this. I have searched this in the past and still have the same problem.

Does anyone else have the same problem?

First off, I have a black/chrome Force Fly. The settings are:
dwell-11
LPR-60.

I have a blue topped Crossfire, which is a preset of 450.

I have 200-250 at the mini-reg.

My problem is this....I keep leaking air at the Flash tank assembly.

I have replaced the ORING there and on the LPR several times. Sometimes I check and the flash tanks oring is "popped out" of place. So I put in back into the channel. Then other times, it is in place, making me think the leak is elsewhere.

Anyone else.......

This is getting annoying. Everytime I gassed my gun up, it leaks.

What do you guys think???? Any suggestions?

Does it only leak for a couple seconds?

Try firing and see if it stops.

Nope. I fire it a couple of times and still the leak. I even re-greased both orings to "seal" the areas. But still it leaks!

Ok to check if its leaking at the LPR or not, put your finger over that square vent on the side.

I did, that is where it is venting from.

Hmm try putting a drop of oil in the end of the LPR piston shaft (the part that goes into the LPR body).

After that give up and give it to Ken :)

if you have a tool kit put the gauge in the gun and see if your lpr spikes after a few shots. if the seal is pushing out of place you may have hp leaking past the lpr. if your not sure if the seal is staying in place when installing it add a little grease to the oring to get it to stick to the flash tank.

I added some oil there. I will try the grease. I even try to slowly turn my air on. I will try to gauge it tomorrow and let you know.

Also, make sure when you tighten up the center screw and the outer screw do them 'equally' so you don't end up with the flash tank canting to one side...

finger tighen center screw, then finger tighten outer screw, back to center screw then end on outer screw...jsut like the lug nits on a car wheel.

Ken, thanks. That seemed to help...for now.

The grease worked. But here is the funny part. When I charge the gun, it does not do it. When I de-gassed it and re-charge it, it does it again.

For some reason, it is only doing it intermittedly.

I just ran a hopper through with no probs.

So thanks again.
