Hello every one, i just traded my gun for another not long ago and my ive been looking at prices for all the stuff and i started thinking that i might have been ripped off. I traded a brand new, never been in a game automag ule custom (xvalve, uled body, intelli frame, ule barrel, autolube, allen wrench, original box, and manual) for a 99 led infinity series angel (which had a bunch of nicks and dings that are noticable that i didnt know about until after i got the gun even though when i asked the guy who sold it to me if it was in good shape and had been taken care of he said yes). So, did i get ripped off, and if i did, is it to late to do something about it. Thank's in advace.

Better question... how much would you value your marker at in terms of cash resale? I'd value that Angel at no more than about $300. If that, based on the condition. If you value your Automag at more than that then yes you probably got the short end of the stick.

Well it seems like you got ripped off. Basicly the only thing you can do is small claims court or something...but that takes a lot of time, and money and in the end will not be worth it. Didn't you ask to see pictures of the gun? If not remeber never make a deal unless you see pictures or if it is someone you have dealt with before. As a buyer and seller I always ask for pictures and I always have multiple pictures of items I am selling. Tough luck for you though, and I have been ripped on some of my first deals, but you learn as things go and hopefully nothing more will happen. As for the led besides it looking bad does it work well?

is it to late to do something about it. Thank's in advace.Ask the person you traded with if you can trade back. It might work, it might not but you'll never know if you don't ask. As far as court goes, not being a lawyer but based on my experience in the legal system, you agreed to trade your mag for an LED.
Mags are still being made. LED's have not been made since 99 so you know already the marker is 6 years old. You didn't ask for better quality pics of the marker you were getting so that would also fall into your responsibility.
Lastly, getting it into the legal system might declare you the winner or loser. If declared the loser you could be asked to pay the court fees so not only are you out your mag you also have to fork out a couple of c notes to the courts.
In my case, I am not always prepared for someone to make some sort of deal like that with me but more often than not if someone does take me for a ride I chock it up as experience and try not to let it happen again. I know it sucks at the moment but remember what goes around comes around.
