Are you talking about head reffing it? I haven't been able to find any sites on it....I have head reffed in the past....its usually not too bad...

there not hard at all, DONT YOU WATCH TURNEYS??? there accually pretty fun, although you may get hit more than some of the players. lay down looking at three players and watch closley, dont be afraid to check em (lotta cheaters unfortunatly).

it depends on what you want to know...are you saying you need rules? Do you want to know how to refferee? Do you need to know what to do?

If this is your first time reffing in a tournament format you won't be an Ultimate on a field, you'll likely just be another ref. Go read the rules for whatever series or event it is you're working. If it's a series they typically have their own rules (www.NPPL.tv for example). You need to be sure you're familiar with the rules. There should be a meeting at the beginning of the day for all refs to attend that will go over some of the things you need to keep an eye on. While these are also in the rules, it's something that the promoter or his Ultimate Ref want you to watch out for. Most importantly is to remember to ref the players the way you want to be reffed in an event. That means get in there to check a player, but don't interfere with his game. That means don't be a §§§§§ and accept that you're going to get shot while you find the right spot to stand/sit/lay etc to watch a player. Always try to get into a position that requires as little movement as possible but as much coverage as possible. At the beginning of a game there are never enough refs on the field to cover everyone so you'll be watching 2 maybe even 3 people. You need to be in position to do so. Word of advice...bring something to cover your family jewels, and bring another large towel or something similar. I usually carry a large orange towel in addition to wearing my ref jersey. This gives me a little something for extra padding in some tender spots (your underarms will get hit) and it provides me with something to wave to let players know where I am going so that I don't get shot needlessly.

Yeah another thing is to be strict...don't let players argue their way out of things...I know a lot of people that try and do §§§§ like that, you just have to stand firm. Thats what I learned when I was Ultimate ref during tourneys and leagues at my local shop...
