note on the new g7 eyes

Just a little info on the new g7 lazer eyes. I was playing sunday for the first time indoors with the lazer eyes. I noticed that I was getting picked off a little quicker than usual, and I didn't really think about it much, until I talked to my girlfriend, who was at the other end of the field watching. She said you could really see my lazer eyes down the barrel, and it kinda was a real attention grabber. I'm sure there will be mixed feeling on this topic, but I'm thinking of going back to the original eyes for indoor. I'm 6'4", and I draw enough attention to myself, I don't need a big red dot on the end of my marker. :nerd:

if he could see down ur barrel u shoulda pulled the trigger.... i doubt you'd have missed him....

i really wouldn't have thought laser eyes would have drastically affected ur game. perhaps you just had an off day?

With the average speed of a speedball game I don't think anyone playing would directly notice the laser eyes that shimmer not only the size of a dime, but also dim due to the length and housing of your barrell.

This is sort of like saying that the flashing LEDs got me marked as well...

Well since he was indoor the lighting could of been a darker so the lazers could be seen. Though like said above someone would probly have to look directly down the gun to see em good.

I just installed mine. They do look BRIGHT! But, I look forward to actually using them for the first time on Sunday at the field. They look great!

did you run out of paint, then they saw you? cause you cant see the lazers if a ball is in the breach, right ?

no, you can see them with paint in the breach, not as well, but I guess it looks like a flash when you're shooting

i play indoor all winter and i dont think my laxer eyes have effected my game any but i do like the Dr. evil thing

I used them for the first time on Sunday. I had ZERO chops, had ZERO shut downs and only buggered my trigger once...(I do not usually lock the wheels in place...and one moved and deactivated :again: the trigger at a particularly bad moment)....self bunker. lol

And still the best gun I have ever used...paintball or military! :evilgrin:

did you chop before you had the new eyes??

i have the lazer eyes and i sont chop but i didnt chop before i got them either
