the rise is a pain to get off. i took a long strip of soft strong rubber and wrapped it around the rise and took a wrench around it.

.....i just took mine off with my hand...or nevermind the first rise that was in it i did have to take off with a wrench but the new dye one i leave lose...well lose enough to take off by hand neways
For some reason, with my Kapp low rise, i can't get it to screw down all the way, and still have the breech be able to open. It is so low that the breech hits it when i open it. So my low rise isnt screwed in all the way, i could just screw it all the way in until i need to open my breech, but thats a pain in the arse. Help me out if you can.

skeletar......that's not specific to the Kapp low rise I don't think. A buddy of mine bought a used Angel and it had a lowrise or a midrise, can't remember which right now. He couldn't get his breech open either......

I bought a Demonic Strangler convertable (lo or hi) and the same thing...would not let breech open when in the lo option.
Reading all the threads about low rise & breech door problem on LCD. Is it possible to install a fly lcd breech to a 'normal' lcd? Will this solve the whole problem?

I beleive that there was a discussion at one point about breech's being pretty much specific to one gun. If you look at it, they mill the entire block, and then they make the cuts for the breech. Changing out a breech should be possible but you're looking at different clearances even as minute as they might be, they will likely throw things like your bolt alignment out, and cause premature wear there, that would be the least thing as it might also cause wear in other places.
