You guys all liked Groundhog's Day the movie with Bill Murray??? Well guess what...we're gonna have our own Groundhog's Day contest!!! Who cares if that thing sees it's shadow we got prizes to give away!!!

The prizes differ from contest to contest. It's whatever the Sponsors feel like donating at the current time. Sometimes they will tell us in advance and sometimes we won't know until the last minute, but most of them are usually posted a day or so before the contest.

I'm actually keeping this one under wraps for a bit...I can tell you that there are some more Force packs coming, but the big one for this time is a surprise until the actual thread is posted...what I can say tho is that it will be certainly make the winner happy.

Nothing really, as long as your post meets the minimum character requirement it's valid. The contest last time ran from 8 CST to 9 CST. This one's suppoesed to start at 8 CST and I'm not sure when it'll end.

t3 wont be that much more benificial than a regular cable modem ... load times are fast enough and there is a restriction on how many posts you can make in a certain period of tiem.

At 8 pm CST Groundhog's day get on here. In this forum, there will be a contest thread. All you have to do is post. If you get the post number that was selected, you win the prize. Easy as pie.

So you dont have alot of advance notice and they go fast!!

Yeah, I'm giving away secrets, but lets make this a huge contest.

To squeeze out every byte you can out of your connection to the AOG, make sure you turn SHOW SIGNATURES and AVATARS to OFF in the Control Panel (CP) under options. That way, you will not be loading in the sigs or avatars. Not that it'll matter all that much, but hey, what the heck! Can't hurt now can it?
