Hp or LP tank for 2k1 dark angel?

I just got my angel back from TAG for the pred2 upgrade. I havent been able to air it up even before I sent it out but I was wondering what kind of output pressure should I use? I have an AKA sidewinder reg on it NOT the mini reg. heres a pic maybe itll help out

Either would really work, because LP tanks still input about 400-450 and thats what I normally input into my led...and in my lcd I actually input about 375. The sidewinder will take care of the rest.

most ppl run HP tanks for angels... but you could try the LP tank, ive heard ppl having trouble doign that though - although crazy says it works with his LP

Yeah, I would normally just run an HP tank on it cause you wont have any problems at all. I would just get whatever you can find if you are looking for a used tank, that usually will be an HP tank...

Well try out both of them, see which one works better or if there is a difference....if they work the same then just go ahead and use the LP one...

LP you will not shoot consistnatly over 210...been there, done that, never goin back.

Generally, if it's an Angel that came out before the Speed (LED, LCD, IR3) you use HP, if it's post Speed (Speed, A4, A4 Fly, 05 Speed, and probably G7) you use LP.

i use an hp and put the out put a 550 and get good solid fps.

Like I said it varies between guns, so since you have both tanks...try it out, you will figure out which tank works better...lol

I use a hp tank with my 2k1 lcd...But if my friend tries to use the same tank with his 2k1 lcd, it acts funny, i think it just depends on the gun to be honest. By the way, where did you get that pred mod done at? Im gettin mine pred'd and im lookin for the best place around.

The sidewinder will handle whatever you throw at it. I use a HP tank on my viking (comes with a sidewinder) which operates around 200 psi.....it'll be fine. I would reccomend the HP because the 'winder can handle it and you'll decrease the chance of shootdown.

np, and i advise u not to get the pred done, but wait till u can get the moolah for the Fly mod.
