I just got a set of the 3sum volumizers. I hear that the settings that are posted in the speed setup forum is out of date. Could someone help me out? Which volumizer should I use and what should my lpr and dwell be at?

adjust your LPR to 60-70, and tune your dwell to the lowest you can while getting good performance/no drop off. probably around 11/12 or so.

I was told by bob to have the dwell at about 14. Try it there, and if you can get it lower, then go for it :)

u need to change ur dwell when you add a volumiser?

Yeah, because when you add a volumizer, you need to adjust your lpr accordingly, and when you do that you also have to change the dwell.
