Strange sound

When shooting my LCD which I recently aquired it makes a noise similar to a mag or cocker short stroking about once ever 15-20 shots. Any idea what's up?

It sounds like it's your Ram Snap-Ring. Follow the manual tp adjust it or have your shop (if they know their angels) take a look at it. If you need to ship it to an MT. It's an easy fix though.

airflow... its probably the minireg or lpr not keeping up quite enough,try cleaning and lubing them

Thanks, I'll try both. I think you may be right about airflow crashdan as it only seems to happen at high ROF's.

i had teh same problem backwhen i owned an lcd... turned out to be a bad mini reg

Bad as in needed a new one or bad as in needed to be cleaned?

Ok but that didn't really answer my question. Was the minireg bad or just you just want to turn it into a gas-thru?

it wasnt supplying enough air to my lpr so it caused massive shootdown, so i eliminated the problem and also got a new lpr for the hell of it, gun was great after that
