Ok so not too long ago my force fly angel sprung a leak. It was leaking from my fitting that is connected to my unimount so I figured that the teflon tape I had used just needed to be redone. So I recovered the fitting threads with teflon tape and set the gun back up again. When I checked to see if it was a good seal, The mini reg began to leak. Air was bleeding out the top of the mini reg in this little square hole. It is located at the top of the reg where the whole thing connects to the gun. I was wondering if I might have a bad Oring or something or maybe a gasket isnt sealing. The next day I figured I'd gas it up again and see and the air was coming out the fitting on my unimount again. I dont understand how that happened but the original leak is happening again only this time its a little bigger. I dont know enough to feed comfortable taking the reg apart and playing with the lpr and all.

I live in New Jersey and about an hour away from Impactpaintball where Jim works. I just didn't really want to take the gun in and have him fix it if I could fix this myself easily.

Any help would be very appreciated.

As I said, I dont feel comfortable doing it myself. This is my first angel and I dont feel familiar enough doing it.

Now would be a good time to get use to it :) it soungs like the LPR is a bit high.

He said the leak is coming from the min reg. not the lpr

its probly the oring in the mini reg. If you dont feel comfortable working on it take it to Jim and have him fix it and possibly teach you some stuff.

Was thinking about it, but Jim is also an hour and 20 minutes away. And I simply dont have time to do it and I dont think he has the time to work on my gun right away and teach me some stuff. So one of the guys up at Hustlers (my home field) helped me out. He has one so he helped me out with the problem and yes, it was a bad Oring. Problem solved without having to waste Jim's time with a stupid repair.

Well, the only little square hole i know of is where the flashtank connects to the body. So, if its leaking from where i think it is.... then its probably the LPR. If its from the reg, then i dont know what to tell you...

Already got it fixed. It was just an oring which needed to be replaced

It's usually just an o-ring or something minor, rarely is it anyting MAJOR at fault on an Angel.
