velcity problems.

got my angel used a month ago and FINALLY got to play with it(sorta) I go to chrono and I cant get the velosity below 340-360fps My gun would shoot like this 340 347 280 363 The previous owner shoot the gun on an adjustabole tank set at 600fps Also when I shoot fast the bolt starts to slow down like it isent geting enough air. I have a HP cross fire tank. Is there an easy fix for this or should I send it in to a tech? Is there any way I can personily talk to a tech and tell them what is wrong and have them fix it and test my gun?

Check what your dwell is set to and if possible what your LPR is set to. For the LPR you will need an angel tool kit but the dwell will be shown in the menu on your board.

what should my dwell be at? I dont have the tool to check the lpr. Would that affect how loud my gun is, because it sounded like a 9mm

ur dwell should b around 14-16, 14 is probably the best

yeah but im shooting at a velocity of 340-360 shouldent I tunr it to 10? I tried ten and got badd shoot down. when my dwell was at 12 no matter how low I turned the velocity screw i could not get lower than 360-380
Who would be the best MT to send my gun to? Can I have a link?

www.tagsportz.com they are my personal favorite they have always helped me and withstood all my phone calls thru the process i have been using tag (the angel guy) he is located in Dalton Ga and as for turn around they are awesome....i will never send my angel to anyone else but that is my preference and the one that i would tell anyone...

you said the guy before you had an Adjustable tank? check and make sure that the mini reg isnt missing the ball bearing. He might have taken it out to only single reg! I had that problem when I bought mine and the guy didnt tell me.

TAG is probably not the greatest person to send it to, and hes definatly not a master tech (MT)...

so just because someone don't have a master in front of their name you say is no good...well than think on this would you send your gun to a master-bator just because he may or maynot be a master tech doesn't mean that he isn't good..i absolutely go nuts when i send my marker off to get adjusted and they have always fixed my problem and explained eveything in detail so for me i will only use tag even if some mt said that he'd fix mine for free...i was just pointing an option and i like them but like everything some do and some don't...when my truck messes up i don't have to take it back to the dealership and pay their pricing i can find someone that is just as GOOD and pay a fraction of the cost plus the piece of mind that my baby is being taken care of...use whomever you will but this is an option that i have tried and tested

well said Baller76! I only take my gun one place. Premium Paintball Products. None of them are "Master" Techs yet they do excellent work!

at the same time i am not knocking any of the master techs on what they know or what they are capable of doing..i would never limit someone by anything but their capabilities and i know TAG www.tagsportz.com is capable so as for me and as chaz said its the work they do that makes us happy...find a tech whom ever it may be and don't just pick the one that everyone refers call several if needed but i treat them like delivery doctors they are taking care of my baby....thanks chaz for the support and once again i am sure that the MT's are very good at what they do but i found tag and i am very impressed with them

but not knowing what he is capable of is no reason to avoid him...best thing to do is to ask or try him out wait til you have negative things to say before you just write him off because he or you think he is not a master tech...dude don't get me wrong i am not trying to stir up any waters but having a tech that you feel comfortable with that treats you like you are somebody (even if you are somebody) is piece of mind which we've all seen the mastercard commercials is priceless....
