I just bought my first angel after years of wanting one. I used to work at a local store and worked on cockers and other simple guns alot. Self taught. I took a 4 year hiatus during college and just got back into it. I bought a cocker package to start where I left off. I had a shocker for a few months before I quit too. The angel is coming in next week and I sure could use some help on what I need to know about it. I can tear apart a cocker and time it with my eyes shut, but know jack about angels. That probably sounds dumb considering I just bought one, but I know the reputation. It's a 2k1 LCD C&C. What's the c&c stand for? What general maintenance should I plan on beyond what I did with my cocker? I know alot is done behind the grips right? What do I need to know about that? I know I just sent a bombartament of questions, but I'm hoping y'all will welcome me in so I can be a contributing member of the forum later on. One more thing for the angel newbie here...how do you adjust the velocity?

Welcome to the world on ANGELS!!
C&C stands for: Cut and Carved. It has to do with the milling.
General maintenance consists of cleaning the gun and putting oil in the ASA every once in a while, pretty easy to maintain.
As for all of the adjustments, too much to list here. Check out the manual (can get online version by following the links at the top of the page).
Velocity is adjusted by changing the output pressure coming from the mini-reg. There is a hex screw near the bottom that is turned.
Enjoy!

hey bro, Welcome to AOG.
maintnence shouldnt be a problem at all. they are faily easy to care for. just dont dig to deep into, that is not needed. just a few drops of love juice in the ASA every few times after playing, and you will be fine. things you can adjust are: Dwell (stock is 14 i recomend leaving it at that), ROF, firing mode (see manual www.wdp.tv/manuals ) lpr pressure, dont mes with that unless you know what you are doing with an Angel tool kit, you can use a shot counter, trip counter, all those things you will find when it arrives. You dont have to mess with them NEWARLY as much as cockers. make sure you get a hpper that feeds it, and a HP (high pressure) nitro tank, and youll be set. if you hav any prolblems talk to a MT (Master Tech) and send it in to them, if they cant help. www.angelforce.tv is a link to the sites.
Enjoy WDP and Angel Owners Group!

I have moved onto an e-cocker, and after playin today it took me like a while to clean everything compared to cleaning my angel i use to have
