shooting slow with laser eyes and 3.6

i got a a force fly and it was would only shoot 14 bps so i sent it in and got the new laser eyes and it will only hit 15 bps know matter what mode with eyes on but i can turn eyes off and it will shoot 21 bps with out chopping with a reloader-B. my friend has the same problem we both have 3.6 which i have herd is slower then 3.5. I have seen guns with 3.5 shoot 21 easy. The reason i got an force was for the crazy fast shooting (ramping) does any one have a idea what i can do

turn the loader speed to sfast and make sure your loader has good batteries. I am talking about the loader speed in the gun

i fixed it the ram needed to be backed out
