Hey guys i really want too play paintball but the oppotunity comes up too seldom.I was just wondering how i could go about joining a paintball team? I really like the game and if i play enough i think i could get better. Im only 14 years old and should be getting a job soon. Would they accept me or am i too young? Should i go too my local field and see if they have a team? Any suggestions would help thanks.

I'm 15 I started playing with my team a few weeks ago.. They were sponsored by my local field (which I have been playing at for 6 years). I knew a couple of the guys on the team and they invited me to come practice with them.. As of today I am officialy on the team..

As long as you have the motivation and you have comitment to do good and play every practice with them, you should be on a team in no time..

Just play a lot at your local field, if you are tight on money, play every 2 weeks or so. Eventually you will start to know everyone's names and will learn things from the more advanced players.

Just keep playing and get to know people. You will be added to a roster in no time.

see if there is any tryouts for teams that r near your area, don't worry about age. When your not playing at the field work on honing ur skills at home. Practice snap shooting, dives, sliding, running to bunkers, walking the trigger. It's the details that define the difference between a bad player and a skilled player.

I would definitley try your local field first. I know at the shop I used to work wtih we would write down people's information and match them with other people looking for teams and in a sense form a team for them. You can see if your local field has a sponsored team and see if they have tryouts, or you can always form your own team with friends and what not. Thats how I started my team. If you get turned down, don't worry about it, just keep practicing and build up your skills.

lol paki... just lol... i thought u where more...ummm...expirenced than that oh well ur still cool

one thing you can do is start reffing, it will help you get a really good feel of the field. and the more you ref the more you make friends w/ ppl and teams that play there. eventualy you will most likely be asked to play w/ them

or u could start walking up to teams and asking if they need a player
