Would any one happen to remember who makes the custom air brushed LCD grips? I remember hearing about it a while ago, but I can't seem to find who did it now.
Thanks

Those are freaking cool beans. I just slipped him an e-mail asking if he made grips that don't have the LCD or IR window. Hopefully he says yes and I have a new set of grips for my Speed.

I will do that but as I am not an AOhelL user I can't tell whether or not he has read the e-mail I shot to him.
I wonder if they get slick when they get wet? They do not have any sort of grip on them. Is acrylic sort of like plexi glass, or more like a hard plastic? I think he wants 25 dollars for them. I was going to buy them a while back but decided not too. I have never had a chance to check them out in person. If one of you has ever owned them, or buys them. Give us a review :) Pics included plz!

>How much if I want a custom Grip made? Depends on artwork and if it is airbrushed or not. Anywhere from $30 and up. Averaging around $35 for the photo/artwork grips to as high as $80 for airbrushed models.

>And how much for the Dragon grips, or the American flag grips. The USA grips were a limited edition grips and no longer made. (For 9-11 donations)
I'ld also need to know whether they were for LCD's, IR3's, Speed, or A4. Also if artwork/photo is provided, prices generally are lower. Thanks for checking it out.

Hiya Sean,
Thanks for checking out my grips. Yes I can make the speed without the IR port and with out the LCD screen. Your right. The prices vary according to the artwork. The most expensive would be a grip that is airbrushed with me doing the artwork. This can run as high as $100. Most go with a laminated style grip that you provide the artwok/photo. These run in the neighborhood of $35. Let me know if you are still interestd and we can go from there. Oh, almost forgot. I don't currently have a 45 style grip. Again, thanks for checking it out.

I wonder what they actually feel like. They look like that rubbery soft gel-like plastic.
Grips are not soft since its made from acrylic but you never notice the difference while playing. My man Bobby is a Craftsman when it comes to grips and now since he can place real images on the grips the sky is the limit on what you want done. My team used and still using his grips (alot of 1 offs) and we never had a problem with them. He's a stand up guy I can vouche for 100%

I got a reply back from him as well: I asked him about the Blue Flame grips he had on there and if he made grips for the led series angel. This is what he said:
Hiya Brian,
The blue flame grips that you saw on the site were a custom set for a player in Utah. They are an airbrushed model, and are a bit more expensive than the laminated models. I only can do the LCD models in either clear, airbrushed, or one of the four solid pearl colors. Clear run $25. Airbrushed models run an average of $50 and the solid pearl run $25. All come with 2 charger port caps. Thanks for checking it out and let me know.
Merry Christmas
