I have been having "Issues" with my copy of GHTP, and I was wondering if anyone else has had these problems?
1. Game Freezes with I go into Online Store or while in the store, if new equipment has been added, when I try to select it, it also freezes.
2. Directional controls gets messed up. Every once in a while when the game starts it seems the the controllers become messed up and when I center the controller it walks to the left or backwards making me push foward or right, just to stand in place.
I have tried this on both my XBox's and I have the problem on both. 1 is an original, and the second is only 2 months old, so they have different parts in them. So I am ruling out hardware issues.
I am going to go over to EB Games and exchange it for another one, but I was curious if anyone else had these issues?
Thanks,

I don't think there is anything you can do. I never experienced this but unfortunatly sometimes games ship with bugs.

When booting up the game be sure to have the joysticks in their default position. Whenever it boots up the sticks are recalibrated.

The only problem that I had is the bunkers won't show up. I went an entire tourney with no bunkers! It was easy to see the other players and very fast games since I knew where everyone was. The bunkers were "still there" since I couldn't go straight at people, but just not showing up on the screen. Other than that I haven't had any issues at all.

Well, I wouldn't say that. At times it might seem alittle frustrating, but the game is so much fun, well worth the $$$ in my opinion.
But it could have used a few more XBox Live Features :)

I'ved had the invisible bunkers problem too. Up until around the beginning of the year the game worked fine but now whenever I try to turn it on it says "There is a problem with the disc you are using. It may be dirty or damaged." There are nearly no scratches on it or anything. Any ideas?
I had the same probs.... I just blew out the inside of my x box and it started to work...

Other games will work fine though.
Hmmm i think you might have got a bad CD... Just try to blow it out. My other games worked to but GHTP didn't. Then i blew it out and all my games worked.

I've had the invisible bunker problem too. But i also hate when after you beat the game, you can't make any more money to upgrade.

Has anyone had a problem with freezing on the first novice tourney you play? I get to finals and before game begins when screen is doing overview of field, there are not bunkers and then with it says game on or go ( i can't remember) it freezes and I cant do anything. This is my second ghtp i've had, i took the first one back because my xbox wouldnt read it all the time and froze on the same situation. Now this one is doing the same thing?? Any suggestions?? I don't think walmart will give me my money back.
