so how many fields make up the interior, just one big one???

2 big ones. I'd call it a 7 man and a 10 man field, although they are supposedly the same size.
Their prices are the best you'll find anywhere and the fields are simply astounding. Look for my write up on Atomix in APG in the coming months.

The second field is only 4 feet shorter than the first one. Since its offset, it looks smaller than that.
I'll throw in my two cents on this, and I am not in ANY way affiliated with the field.
It's got the best and largest indoor fields I've ever played on. They keep enough refs on hand to control the groups and to split across both fields if necessary. They clean the area and fields well and often. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. $49 a case for the cheap paint for indoor??? Nice. Higher quality paint if you're willing to pay for it??? Even nicer. They clean the paint off the bunkers and off the ground between games. They have a set chrono area with multiple chronos and they chrono each time you enter the field. They have chairs and tables enough for everyone. They have a cafe with hot and cold food available, and the pro shop is within 20 steps of the player area.
Overall, this field makes all other field's I've played at seem unprofessional, no matter how nice the other fields have been so far. They've set a new standard to measure the fields by, and I hope the other fields work to catch up.
I'll be there on January 11th (this Saturday) and at least one day the next weekend, either the 18th or the 19th. I'll be shooting the champaigne IR3 with the warp feed.

wow man....he did go full out on this place...how busy is it usually??? i cant wait to play there.....one week....one week....
I played over X-mas break on a weekday and they had 15-20 people most of the time I was there, so nice numbers for the field. On the two Sunday's I've played there we had 40 or so players most of the day, tapering off near the end.
Both weekends we had some good amatuer teams there and even a good number of pro players there. They had two separate groups going, one called 'basic' the other called 'advanced'. All the pro and top teams were playing on the advanced group with the only difference being bunkering was allowed. Surrender rules were in effect for the 'basic' group. I played with the advanced group for a better learning experience and got shown my place well by some of the pros.
Even with two groups, they used both fields so you would play 2 games with less than 20 players on a field (10 on 10 max or so) and then take a 5-10 minute break and go back out for two more. There were two 20 minute or so breaks throughout the day to rake the fields for paintballs, and squeegie and towel off all the paint from the bunkers.
So basically I've always had enough players to play with, and with the exception of one to two games before they'd split up the groups into two as people arrive, I've never felt cramped on the fields.

I got to play there on sunday, best place ive ever seen or played on . Prices were great people were aweomse. It was cool meeting tohse of you that were there. Great refs (wink Amy). Shes a little bossy when there is a ref not on the field to help out but other than that she was cool.
Hope to be back soon ill let you know when its time to make the road trip again.

Yeah, nice meeting you too Matt. I'm only sorry you didn't get a chance to play field two, hopefully next time.
As far as my being a little bossy, sometimes you've got to. Especially if you've been there for a while and need the help. It was nothing personal. It was a long day, I think they knew that.
