Batteries last about 6 months to a year depending on how often you use it. If you don't want to use an Angel Air and want an adjustable, I would suggest the Nitro Duck Xstream Reg.

The lowest that you can go for the Nitro Duck is 200psi. The manual for the AIR states that the LCD won't read below a pressure of 100psi. You can take a look at it here: http://www.angel-owners.com/manuals/air/

Most people run 400-450 psi into the fly minireg. I personally run an a.i.r. on my gun. It's a little heavy but I don't notice it when I'm actually playing. It's very consistent and the pressure readouts are very accurate. If you want a nice and much lighter tank, go with a low pressure (450psi) Crossfire preset screw-in or Nitro Duck adjustable. Honestly, with screw-ins, you really don't need an adjustable unless you gut your minireg.

so whats the diffrence between running the gun on 200 psi and 400 ? is running it on 400 better in some way ?

You would only run 200 psi if you gutted your minireg and had an extremely consistent adjustable tank. Most people run 400-450psi into the minireg and have the minireg further reduce operating pressures between 150-350 psi depending on which gun or volumizer you have.

ok so what would you say if i bought one of those WDP new tanks that are about 219 bucks...and the output pressure is i think 450... good enough for the fly ? :again:
the real problem is that the paintball store down here does cant fill the tanks up to 4500 so down here in panama city panama all tanks can only be filled up to 3000 , what tank can i buy that is.. low pressure adjustable 3000 psi ? or can i buy a 4500 one and only fill it up to 3000 ?

You are better off getting a 4500 tank and only filling it to 3000. If you decide to travel, you should be able to get a 4500 fill instead of being stuck with just 3000. Also if you decide to sell it the resale value is better on a 4500 tank.

With that being said, I would recommend a Crossfire LP or Angel Air LP which are both preset to a 450 input. If you want something that has an adjustable input pressure, then I would recommend a Nitro Duck.

sorry for asking so much but its that ive seen that the flies can go under 150 psi input pressure.. so i would like to know why is it that so much people use it on 450 input ? the tanks i might be buying are between the nitro duck Xsteam , and the Angel Air preset 450 output pressure

First, 450psi is the output pressure of the tank. That 450psi enters your minireg where the minireg further reduces it to say (150-300psi) depending on which volumizer you have on. The LPR takes that pressure and further reduces it to (40-82psi) so it can operate the ram. You can only get to 150 psi to shoot the actual paintball if you have the largest volumizer on. This can be achieved whether or not you have 450psi going into the minireg or 200psi going into a gutted minireg. 450psi going into a minireg is ideal so you do not starve the gun of air during long strings of paint.
