how do i get it to stop sending emails to me everytime i get a reply on a forum i have posted in

You can go to the USER CP area. Then go to the forum and "Unsubscribe"

That should do it.

Go into the 'User CP', next click on 'Edit Options' in teh lefthand menu, after that scroll down to where it says 'Messaging & Notification' and the subsections titled 'Default Thread Subscription Mode'. Click the pulldown menu and choose the subscription option you most prefer.

To delete old subscriptions, click 'List Subscriptions' in the lefthand menu, check all the threads you want to unsubscribe from and select 'delete' from the pulldown menu at the bottom right
