I have a new angel it isnt used and it had almost 7000 shots on it and I gassed it up and it started to hiss air out from the hole right above the regulator on the right side of the gun I am pretty sure it is called the manifold but I am not certain. So if anyone could help I would appreciate it very much.
Thanks John

i had this problem too...all i did was remove the manifold....careful of all the small o-rings. I wiped it all down and relubed the o-rings with a little love juice. Stopped the leak for me.

oil the §§§§ out of it
I had the same problem with my new LCD and tried to oil the
o-rings but it didn't work. It ended up being a bad LPR valve. So if the oil doesn't work try a new LPR valve. Since the LPR valve was replaced I have had no problems.

Yes if possible, clean and oil the LPR as well. I believe that hole in the body where the manifold rests is the LPR's exhaust bleed. If overpressurized or otherwise messed up it may leak out there.

After reading this post, I am having the exact same issue.
wondering though: 1 of two things. :
1) one of the two (the smaller one) O-ring on the manifold looks a little worn, maybe slightly chewed.. do you think this might be the culprit?
going to try to replace o-ring tonight (again, I don't have spares at the moment).. but I;ll let you know if it fixes it.
2) Someone told me that some blue locktight on the bolt (that goes through the flash tank and mnifold into the body) might cure it as well. Is that a terrible idea?
If not, what's the next step? Replace the lpr? How much are those?
thanks!

basically the same things happened to me when i got my used angel...basically there was no front half of the LPR(which i did not know about at the time), so it just leaked mad air out of that pressure relief hole under the manifold...
also...talk to wdp directly, if they can't do it under the warranty, look for an angel tech that might be able to help u out...

2k2 no loc-tite! Loctite only the rise with red if you must. The blue loctite I use it on the snap ring, but that's it. Not on the body, and never the green stuff.

1) It may be leaking because of that o-ring, but I doubt it. If you are referring to the middle one, they get chewed up a bit by the screw that bolts on to the body. Try flipping it over. I've seen some pretty bad ones still work though.
2) You don't need to loctite that bolt. The seal is the o-rings, the bolt simply tightens the manifold against the body. If the bolt were to come loose it could cause a leak I suppose, but the o-ring fit also helps to keep it snug. Just hand tighten it and you'll be fine.
If your gun is still leaking, drop some paint oil or soapy water around where you hear it from. That will tell you where it is, and then you can know what to do. There is a cutout on the vertical manifold for the vent hole on the body, make sure to check there. If so as I mentioned it's probably LPR related.

Ok, well, turns out I was right, it was the little o-ring (in front) on (1 of 2) the manifold. My wife brought home an o-ring kit from work, which happened to have the right size, and fixed the leak!
I took one of each size so I'll have them in the future. It looks like you were right, the bolt must have chewed it up.
woot!
thanks again for all your help guys!!

OK, it turns out the O-ring DIDN'T fix the problem..
Now, I believe that it must be the LPR.. Guys, please help!
If so, how do i order a new LPR?
Does this:
lpr from action villiage (http://store.yahoo.com/actionvillage/011-0700-035-8.html)
Include the whole thing (LPR)?
PLEASE Help! It's leaking out the right side, in that hole right above the manifold / mini-reg.

If it's leaking out the bleed hole in the body, then it's his LPR or something else internal.
You may want to try to take your LPR apart, clean and relube it before buying a new one. If you need it or any other Angel parts or work, check my signature for a great certified WDP tech store.
