Set it to were you would like it, and mess with it until you find it. Its the the best spot, you will notice it when you find it.

I have a problem of screw jiggle on my trigger, like when I shoot, it moves, so I have a mous click when I arrive at the field, and when I go home, I have the length of a spyder trigger pull, should I use loctite blue to fix this?

Chicobus: That sounds like a good idea.

Flyboy: My personal recommendation would be any blade or fang style trigger. It makes trigger acquisition less of an annoyance when shooting weak hand.
