I'm thinking about buying a new 68/45 conquest. I found one brand new for $344. I hear that they're better than Geddons or MaxFlo's. What can you guys tell me about them?

Anyway, to those of you who might own a Conquest, do you use the included rail or a small drop forward? What drop forward do you think would look good on a black/pewter/silver fade Impact IR3? Thanks

HEY. I use a conquest and i love it. Its an excellent system, very consistent and reliable, and ultra fast recharge time. They are the lightest system on the market ( i think??). They come with an on/off that is a little difficult to use untill you get the hang of it, but at least it comes with one.

I wish i could use the included rail, but unfortunately unless you have a dark ir3 or some ir3 without the bottom part of the space frame, there is no way to tigthen down the set screw. Allan wrenches wont fit. the only thing you can do is put it backwards but then its a crappy drop. Anyway i use a eclipse black drop forward, its comparable to the slide rail that comes with the conquest, it drops the perfect amount forward, and then a little down as well. It looks nice and feels nice.

Hope this helps
