my halo is pushing the balls down in the gun and breaking them sometimes. i want to turn the force down a little but idk how to get the back plate off lol

You have to take screws out and split the halo into 2 halves.

My speed did that at first as well. I found that certain paints just work better with the halo. Ever heard of kickin paint? Kickin+halo+speed+cold=bad. Unless you're using a field paint, don't limit your loader. Just try different paint. After I went back to evil and pmi premium, I haven't chopped or broke a ball in several cases.
